The share capital of the Company has a total nominal value of DKK 111,411,960, of which DKK 9,207,600 is in A shares, DKK 920,760 is in AA-shares and DKK 101,283,600 is in B shares.

The Company’s share capital is divided into shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.50 each. Each A share of DKK 0.50 nominal value carries ten votes, each AA share of DKK 0.50 nominal value carries ten votes, and each B share of DKK 0.50 nominal value carries one vote.

Ownership

On 31 December 2023, ALK had 39,766 registered shareholders versus 27,960 at the end of 2022. The registered shareholders owned 97.3% of the share capital (97.2%).

Two shareholders have reported to ALK that they held 5% or more of the shares on 31 December 2023:

Of the largest registered shareholders, the vast majority were institutional investors, and largely from Europe and North America. The international registered ownership was estimated at approximately 28% (33%).

To meet obligations to deliver shares under management incentive programmes, ALK held 1,634,673 of its own shares, or 0.7% of the share capital, versus 0.8% at the end of 2022. The holding was reduced following the settlement of share option and performance share programmes.

The Board of Directors and Board of Management held a total of 92,531 shares at year-end, corresponding to less than 0.1% of the share capital (0.1%).
